Farm-Fresh Food

If ever there was a great time to cozy up next to a roaring fire and nibble on something warm and delicious, this is it. One of our favorite spots for indulging on a cold day is Friend of a Farmer, a charming little eatery that feels like it’s been magically transported from a rustic farm in upstate New York. This sweet place serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus an amazing (read lines out to door) brunch on Saturdays and Sundays with hearty fare like the Farmers Market omelet and pumpkin pancakes with toasted walnuts and maple syrup. But the best feature just might be the restaurant’s delivery service, with a minimum order of just $20 ($30 for brunch). Oh, and the Bloody Marys aren’t bad either.
